BeautO is a technology-enabled beauty services platform that connects customers with independent partners ("Service Providers"). By accessing or booking through BeautO, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- All bookings made through BeautO are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment or confirmation as specified at checkout.
- Service Providers engaged through BeautO operate as independent partners and are not employees or agents of BeautO.
- Prices displayed on the platform are indicative and inclusive of the agreed service scope.
- Any additional services requested beyond the original booking scope may incur extra charges payable directly to the Service Provider.
- BeautO reserves the right to revise pricing, platform fees, or payment terms at any time.
- Cancellation and rescheduling policies are communicated at the time of booking.
- Advance payments may be non-refundable due to date blocking and artist commitments.
- Platform fee and subscription charges are non-refundable.
- Service results may vary based on skin type, hair condition, lighting, and individual preferences.
- Reference images shared by customers are treated as inspiration only and not guaranteed replicas.
- BeautO does not guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes.
- Customers are responsible for informing Service Providers of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service delivery.
- BeautO shall not be liable for adverse reactions arising from undisclosed conditions.
All content on the BeautO platform — including logos, text, images, and design — is the intellectual property of BeautO and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without prior written consent.
- With customer consent, images or videos captured during services may be used by BeautO for marketing or portfolio purposes.
- BeautO respects user privacy and will not use content without appropriate permission.
BeautO shall not be liable for:
- Acts, omissions, or performance of independent Service Providers.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Losses arising from service dissatisfaction beyond the platform's facilitation role.
BeautO's liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid through the platform for the specific booking.
- Users agree to maintain respectful, lawful, and professional conduct while interacting with Service Providers and BeautO representatives.
- BeautO reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for violations of these Terms or misuse of services.
- BeautO may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and comply with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
For your safety, security, and service quality, all bookings, payments, and communication must be completed only through the BeautO platform.
If a customer contacts an artist directly, makes payments outside BeautO, or books without the official system — BeautO shall not be responsible for any disputes, delays, service quality issues, cancellations, fraud, or damages, and will not provide refunds or mediation support.
