Partner Agreement

Partner Terms & Conditions

This agreement is entered into between BeautO and its partners. Please review all terms carefully including anti-bypass provisions.

1. Nature of Partnership

BeautO collaborates with selected partners to provide beauty services through trusted referrals. The Partner remains an independent business.

2. Scope of Collaboration

The Partner may:

  • Refer bridal clients to BeautO
  • Display BeautO marketing material
  • Introduce customers to BeautO consultants
  • Support consultation and booking

BeautO will:

  • Provide professional services
  • Offer premium artist options
  • Ensure smooth booking experience
  • Maintain brand standards

3. Referral and Commission

Where applicable, BeautO may offer referral incentives and partnership benefits.

4. Anti-Bypass and Non-Circumvention

4.1 Protection of Platform Investment

BeautO invests significantly in brand development, marketing, and customer acquisition. All referrals and bookings must remain within BeautO.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

  • Directly connect customers with artists outside BeautO
  • Accept payments on behalf of artists
  • Share artist contact details
  • Encourage clients to bypass BeautO
  • Create parallel arrangements
  • Negotiate off-platform pricing
  • Divert leads obtained through BeautO

4.3 Confidentiality of Data

All client and artist information is confidential and belongs to BeautO.

4.5 Penalty for Violations

If bypass is detected, BeautO may suspend the partnership or impose penalties.

5. Brand Usage and Marketing

Partners may use BeautO branding only as approved. Brand assets must not be misused.

6. Professional and Ethical Conduct

  • Maintain transparency
  • Protect customer interests
  • Ensure ethical referrals
  • Uphold premium brand image

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement continues until terminated.

  • Misconduct
  • Fraud
  • Brand misuse
  • Continued bypass attempts
  • Customer complaints

8. Confidentiality

All business information including pricing, strategy, customer data, and artist network shall remain confidential.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.

10. Acceptance

By signing or participating in the BeautO partnership, the Partner confirms agreement to all terms.
